I purchased an Apple Macbook Pro December 23rd and returned it on December 26th. I used $190 worth of certificates from points for this purchase. The rewards were never refunded to my account. I called Best Buy and they appologized and said they would be put back on my account in 5-7 days. 8 days later I called up again. The rep appologized and said the previous rep did it wrong and I would see the credit in 24-48 hours. A week later, I called up again and asked to speak to a manager. The manager infomed me they were having issues and could not give me a date when they would be returned.
It has been almost 2 MONTHS!!!! This is unacceptable and bordering on fraudulent in my book. When the heck is this issue going to be resolved? Is everyone who returned something in the last couple of months experiencing the same thing????
I thought I was joining a rewards program where i might recieve a benefit. I have spent hours on this and feel like I am in the opposite of a rewards program.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for connecting with us! After making a return more than a month ago, in which $190 in My Best Buy certificates were used, I'm sure you're done running around trying to find out what happened with your reward certificates. Generally speaking, reward certificates should be credited in just a few days, and should be easily resolved when contacting us if this doesn't occur. I'm sorry if this hasn't been your experience. For more details, please feel welcome to review our post below.
I would be happy to take a closer look at this, but will require a few details first. Please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner of the page for my private message.
