I made a purchase last week - part of which I paid using rewards points. Purchase was canceled since I couldn't make it back to the store on time. Will my rewards point be returned? It's been a few days since order was canceled (on 6/21) and I'm not seeing the points back in my account.

Welcome and thank you for being a My Best Buy member! Shopping with us while redeeming rewards should be pretty simple, so it’s discouraging to hear that you were unable to pick up your purchase. When canceling an order, you should expect to see your certificates credited back in just a few days, as mentioned in the post below.
