I have chosen the bonus reward category as utilities during last quarter, and I made purchases using the BB credit card outside of BestBuy from 07/01 t0 09/30. But the bonus reward points has not been credited even after 1 month. Can you please help to credit them? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out and being a My Best Buy member! Getting those extra points where ever you can is a great way to save on items that you want to buy from us, so I can understand not receiving those bonus points would be unwelcome. I'd be happy to look into this with you.
