Reward points gone and past purchases won’t show up? Member ID is wrong also.

I was online trying to preorder a game and my account says no past purchases in store or on line. I’m shopping history I can view them but when I click to view order it goes back to saying no purchases made with account. My account details and payment methods and everything are good still. I had $20 plus another $15 pending and it shows $0. Also my member ID is showing different than it should. I called Best Buy and sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to supervisor. So I got on chat and they said everything looks good when it clearly isn’t, they wouldn’t listen and then disconnected the chat on me. Best Buy please help. I’ve spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in your stores and have a credit card and been a customer for over 12 years. Please help. I cabbages my password because I’m not sure if somebody got access somehow.

Based on what you are describing, it's sounding like you might have more than one My Best Buy information associated with your contact information.
