Hello, When I check my account page it states that two reward certificates were issued, but I never received any email with the certificates. I have no idea when the expration date is and now I am afraid that they will expire before I get a chance to use them. As far as I can tell there is no way for me to view these certificates. Is there anything I can do?

Welcome to our forums! Earning rewards for your qualifying Best Buy purchases is one of the many perks of the My Best Buy™ program, and I’m happy to hear you’re a member! It sounds like there may be some confusion surrounding your reward certificates, and I’ll be happy to address any concerns you may have.
Generally speaking, reward certificates are valid for 60 days, unless otherwise noted. This is outlined in the My Best Buy™ terms, which you can see here.
In regards to the expiration date of each certificate, these can be found on the individual certificates themselves, or on the Rewards Overview page of your My Best Buy™ account. If you’re not seeing these certificates or their expiration dates in your account, I’ll be happy to look into your account further, and offer any additional assistance I can.
