Reward not received

I logged into  My Best Buy Reward and inquired about rewards I was missing . 


I have a reponse dated Dec 27 , 2018 2:25 pm ET that says the $ 50  reward will be there in two weeks .


I have received no reward and spent hours calling customer service with no resolution . 


I can provide the cartoon headset reponse copy from customer service for verification .

A $50 certificate could put a nice dent in a purchases final total and keep a few dollars in your pocket.  I will often base my next purchase on when I have a certificate.  Why not save money when you can?  As far as the certificate, was it issued by way of converting points you had been awarded?  Or was it to be issued as part of a promotional offer?  Those details will help when I am reviewing your rewards account.  Once a non-bonus certificate has been awarded, it will generally be valid for a period of 60 days.  A bonus certificate will tend to be valid for less time.  Please send me a private message with the below information, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will see what I can find.
