I've tried logging out and clearing browser cache and cookies and it's still not showing, it's not recently issued either and set to expire within the week.

Thanks for reaching out about your certificates not showing during checkout. I know when I have a certificate, I want to use it right away! The trouble shooting you’ve already done is a great step. Beyond that, it’s my understanding that sometimes when points convert into certificates, it can take about 24 hours to process through so they show at checkout.
