Hi, I returned an item on Nov 1st that I had used a $5 reward certificate for. The cash balance was returned without issue to my CC. However the reward certificate has yet to re-appear on my bestbuy account.

You should get a second opportunity to utilize the points that helped create the $5 certificate if it was applied to a purchase that ended up getting returned. I would definitely hate to lose out on the opportunity to fully redeem points I had been awarded. While it can take up to 20 days for points from an eligible purchase to post to a member's reward account, it should only take about three days for a non-bonus certificates point value to repost following a return or cancellation. I may need to intervene to ensure the 250 points find their way back into your rewards account if it has been more than 20 days.
