All of my Rewards Certificates were used by someone in another state to purchase Gift Cards. BestBuy recognize the transaction as fruad and said they would credit all of my Reward Certificates. This happened back in July. As of today, BestBuy still has not credited my account. I've called several times. Each time I call a Customer Service Rep would process the claim and tell me I will receive my Certificates within 2-3 Business Days. So far I've yet to receive my Reward Certificates.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us here on the forum! Finding all of your reward certificates were redeemed without your authorization would be upsetting for anyone. I'm glad you reached out to us right away to get this resolved, though I understand you seem to still be waiting for a resolution.
As you mentioned the certificates were redeemed in July, I truly hope you have ensured your BestBuy.com password, as well as the password to the associated email account, has been reset.
