Reward None Points Credit for Lost Order

I have an order which was placed on Dec, 28th and has been declared lost by UPS.  The order is {removed per forum guidelines}.  I received a credit for the credit card portion of the order earlier this week.  However most of the order was paid by $70 in reward zone certificates.  I was told on Jan. 8th that I would see the $70 credited to my account that same day.  I have called multiple times and I still do not have the $70 in points back on my account.  

 

I have been waiting all week to make a purchase with these points.  The issue is that the order was shipped so the reward zone team says that the order needs to be cancelled.  The order team says that the order cannot be cancelled because it was shipped.  The worst part is that the everyone acts like I am wrong wanting my points credited back to my account.  

 

It's not rocket science.  Someone needs to manually credit the $70 in points back to my account.  Please help with getting this done.  I am tired of calling and long waits and getting hung up on.  Thanks for helping out.

It's discouraging to hear your package may not have arrived as expected after it shipped though. I'm sure you were looking forward to your order and were quite disappointed when it was deemed lost. 

While I'm glad to hear we were able to refund your order without trouble, I'm sorry if we have yet to credit you the applied My Best Buy reward certificates.
