Thank you for being a My Best Buy member! It's great to hear you received a $15 certificate from using your membership. I'm sure you were looking forward to redeeming it on this purchase, and were pretty taken aback when you found it expired, especially if you were aware that rewards expired, but were simply given an incorrect date.
Generally speaking, certificates are valid for 60 days unless otherwise noted under our My Best Buy Terms. Often this comes into play for promotional certificates that are valid for around 30 days.
