I received a bonus rewards certificate of $50, according to the email I got today. This was from a BestBuy credit card usage promotion. I clicked on it to activate and it says I have no rewards certificates available. How can I get this to work?

Welcome to the forum and I apologize for our seriously delayed reply! I'm glad to hear that you participated in one of our Best Buy Credit Card offers, and received a reward certificate from it. It sounds like you may have more than one membership though, as you attempted to access the reward and received the error you mentioned.
