Did a return on 12/11, there's a $15 reward certificat used but didn't receive points back to my account after the return. I was told takes up to 3 days but it now almost 2 weeks. I sent a PM to Tasha earlier this morning with details but haven't receive a response.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your certificate return! While we hope purchases work out, they don't always. In those instances, if a reward certificate was redeemed, you should get another chance to redeem the reward in most cases.
As you're aware, certificates typically take a few days to be credited, so it's odd you're not seeing your rewards after a couple of weeks. I would be delighted to review this further with you.
