Hello Best Buy team.
my wife was in the hospital this last week and during that time I had a reward certificate expire. Would it be possible to have this reissued due to my family hardship? The certificate in question expired 4/27 and I can provide Best Buy member number and certificate number as needed.
Thank you in advance for your support and time.

Good morning, Larry,
Welcome to our community, and thank you for reaching out to us.
I'm sorry to hear your wife had to pay a visit to the hospital last week, and I hope she is feeling much better! I understand how life can sometimes get in the way of everyday tasks, but the health of you and your loved ones is of the utmost importance. Any sort of rewards certificate or gift card would probably be the last thing on my mind, too.
In most cases, though, once a rewards certificate has expired, it cannot be reissued. Certificates should be valid for 60 days from the date they're issued and typically have the expiration date clearly marked on them for your reference. The best way to keep track of any existing certificates is through your BestBuy.com account. I'd like to review your account in more detail to make sure everything looks alright, so please be on the lookout for a private message heading your way shortly. You can view my message by logging into the forum and selecting the orange envelope icon at the top of the page.
Thank you for taking the time to write to us with your query.
