I just issued a $40 reward certificate to use with todays Deal of the Day. Specifically on the NVME Crucial SSD as I was in the market for one and thought I'd bring the price down further. But no matter what I do there's no option to apply the certificate on the checkout page as usual. I even checked the mobile app. This isn't my first certificate, I must have redeemed hundreds of dollars worth over the years. Not sure why it's uavailable now. It means I'll probably miss out on today's deal too. When I check my rewards balance it shows I issued the certificate and have a $40 one available.

Good evening, oroku, and welcome to the Best Buy forum,
As someone who has been a member of our rewards program for more than 10 years, I still get a big kick out of redeeming certificates. It doesn't matter if the certificate is just $5, as any money I can keep in my pocket feels like an accomplishment. Any active certificates you may have should be displayed on the final page during checkout right before you submit an order, and just keep in mind that a purchases pre-tax total would need to equal or exceed the value of the certificate for it to be redeemed.
I took a quick peak at your rewards account and do see the certificate in-question, and when I added the SSD that is part of today's Deal of the Day the certificate was displayed during checkout. Please try clearing your online cart, logging out of your rewards account, clearing your cache and cookies, and logging back into your rewards account. If for some reason you still don't see the certificate displayed during checkout, then send me a private message with the details listed below.
