Reward Certificate Member Id not matching my Best Buy account



I was issued a $20 rewards certificate that will expire today in a couple hours. I received this rewards certificate through my email. When I login to my Best Buy account using that same email address, I can not find this rewards certificate and I also noticed that the Member IDs do not match with each other (that is the Member Id on my rewards certificate and the Member Id in my Best Buy account rewards section do not match with each other). Which Best Buy account does my rewards certificate belong to? I only have the one Best Buy account. I would like to make a purchase with this rewards certificate before it expires tonight in about a couple hours! How can I do this? Thank you for your time and help.
