Hello,

I’ve recently accepted a reward certificate using my points on my credit card. The certificate was set to expire on December 12 which I just missed. I am doing some Christmas shopping and was really hoping to use that. Would you be able to assist in reinstating the certificate?

Once a certificate has been issued, it is usually valid for 60 days unless otherwise noted on the certificate itself. We typically cannot reissue certificates once they've expired, either.
