Hello,
I had a $25 reward certificate expire. I thought I had it set to save points and only issue a reward certificate when I requested. It was issued a day before I made a return and I thought that the return would invalidate that reward certificate, but I never received any notice of the reward certificate's status after the return. Then it expired and I never received any notification that it was about to expire.
Can you look into what happened with this $25 reward certificate and if its possible to get it reissued?
