Dear Best Buy Team,
I was looking to find my rewards certificate since I need to make a purchase at Best buy. I was expecting a good amount available in the certificate having purchased a high end TV at best buy in Decemer. I finally found the email in my junk mail and thenfound out that the certificate has expired.
Had the email not ended up in Junk, I could have used it before it expired. Please help
thanks in advance

Hello, sodapops, and welcome!
Thank you for being a My Best Buy member! Finding you’ve had a My Best Buy reward certificate expire would be most frustrating, especially after seeing the email notifications were filtered to your Junk folder. I know if I let one slip by me, I feel like it’s quite the missed opportunity.
Our My Best Buy Terms advise that certificates typically have 60 days to be redeemed, unless otherwise noted. Once expired, we’re generally unable to reissue them. We do our best to make our customers aware a certificate has been issued, as we send out email notifications that include the expiration date. As emails may be filtered, as you experienced, overlooked, or even blocked though, we recommend members manage their rewards from BestBuy.com, where certificates can be viewed as well. For more details, you may view the article below.
I would like to ensure you are set up for success with our My Best Buy program, so please see that I am sending you a private message. Please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner of the page.
