I had a product in my cart that I was very excited to purchase knowing I had $75 in a rewards certificate. However the only certificate I could find was a $5 certificate from a later purchase. I did some searching and I see the certificate was issued i n my rewards history but there is no expiration date.
I found a picture of my screen that I took with my cellphone and it says verbatim, "This reward is valid until midnight (CT) on the expiration date shown above." The only issue is that there is no date at all on the certificate. I would be very disappointed if it was actually expired considering there is no expiration date and I checked all my email folders for a notification.. nothing.
I spent just under $2,000 in November and the only reason I signed up for the Best Buy credit card that day was for the promotional bonus points. I would like some insight as to what happened to the open $75 reward certificate I had in the account. I really don't want to cancel my credit card but I might have to out of principle.

Hi, Austin, and welcome to our online community!
Thank you for reaching out regarding your expired My Best Buy certificate. I know I hate to miss out on redeeming these rewards, so I would also be upset if I missed out on a $75 certificate.
Under our My Best Buy Terms, these certificates should expire after 60 days at 11:59pm CT on the day mentioned, unless otherwise noted on the certificate itself. I understand you said you were unable to view any date on the certificate, which is odd. We typically cannot reissue certificates once they've expired, either.
That said, I'd be happy to review your account and provide any further assistance that I can. To start, please send me a private message including your full name, email, and phone number. You can find the blue option to message me to the right of my name below.
