Hello...I bought a 65" Hisense model U8H back on 2/9/23 from Bestbuy but returned the TV in my allowed timeframe on 2/24/23 cause the judder of the screen would make me feel sick. I put my $50 Standard (Not a promotion or in store reward) Reward Certificate towards the purchase of the TV and it shows on the receipt that it was refunded back to me and I did in fact get a email with the reward certificate number telling me to go ahead and enjoy it before 4/29/23 but the certificate is not showing up in my account online as of today 3/7/23 and says I on;y have $15 in certificates availbalbe. How can this be when I have the cettificate and it's number in my email Inbox? Can someone help me find out why I can't use this certificate if I want to buy something online again? Thanks...

welcome to the missing points nightmare.. i been here for almost a month now from my last cancelled order of Feb 9th.. phone, chat, support.. nobody can do anything or wants to do anything.. i recommend you file a BBB complaint.

there is no other viable route as they message you to give them your private info via msg but it never goes anywhere.. and phone is nothing but overseas folks that don't know or can't do a single thing to help.
