Returned Item with Cert, but certs not refunded yet

Hi, I had 2 items that were purchased with cert and then returned.

Its been over a week and the $40 certs used were not returned yet.

As you may read in similar threads, it should generally take up to three days for a non-bonus certificates point value to repost to a member's rewards account following a return or cancellation.  We are definitely beyond that time frame if the return was processed over a week ago.  Just means I may need to step in to ensure those points find their way home to your rewards account.  Please send me a private message with the below information, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will see what I can do to help.
