Thank you for taking the time to reconnect with us.
As you may read in similar threads, it should generally take up to three days for a non-bonus certificates point value to repost to a member's rewards account following a return or cancellation. We are definitely beyond that time frame if the return was processed over a week ago. Just means I may need to step in to ensure those points find their way home to your rewards account.
