Hello, I successfully returned an item on November 12, 2018.
My Credit Card was properly refunded, however the the $5 Certificate I used with it has not been refunded.
It has been two weeks and I have not received the refund as points nor as a new certificate.

Welcome back to the forum, though I wish it were under better circumstances. Generally speaking, returns involving redeemed reward certificates are processed smoothly, so I can imagine you were dismayed to find your certificate wasn't returned.
