Returned Item two weeks ago still missing Rewards Points/Certificate

Hello, I successfully returned an item on November 12, 2018.

 

My Credit Card was properly refunded, however the the $5 Certificate I used with it has not been refunded.

 

It has been two weeks and I have not received the refund as points nor as a new certificate.

Welcome back to the forum, though I wish it were under better circumstances. Generally speaking, returns involving redeemed reward certificates are processed smoothly, so I can imagine you were dismayed to find your certificate wasn't returned. 

As mentioned in the post below, certificates are typically returned back in just a few days. As it's been well beyond this time frame, I would be happy to take a look at what happened. Please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner for the private message I'll be sending you shortly!
