Hello, I successfully returned an item on November 15, 2018.
My Credit Card was properly refunded, however the the $15 Certificate I used with it has not been refunded.
It has been two weeks and I have not received the refund as points nor as a new certificate.
Could someone take a look at what happened?

Welcome back! Purchases don't always work out the way we hope they will, so we try to make the return and refund process as easy as possible. I'm glad to hear you received your credit card refund without issue, though I understand the same cannot be said for your My Best Buy reward certificate.
