I returned an item on 11/15/18. The reward points i had used towards that purchase have not been refunded to meyet. From this forum, i saw that it should take up to 3 days for these to be refunded. Is there a reason why this would take longer?

You should get a second opportunity to use the points that helped create the certificates if they were applied to a purchase the ended up getting returned. We are all looking to save a few dollars during the holiday season, so each and every point can be important. The information you read is correct. It should generally take up to three days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's reward account following a return or cancellation. If points have not reposted after three days, then we may need to intervene to ensure they do repost.
It looks like you called into us earlier today and spoke with agent regarding the certificates. Based on the case notes, you should have those points back in your rewards account shortly. Please feel free to send me a private message if you have any other questions or if for some reason those points have not reposted to your rewards account by Friday and I will see what I can do to further assist.
