Returned Item, Paid w/ Points, Points Not Returned to Account

Hello,


I purchased an item using a reward certificate and later returned the product.  However, the points were not returned to my account.  I usually get the points returned after returning an item using a reward certificate.


I would prefer to communicate the details needed via PM.

Redeeming a reward certificate is always exciting, so it can be extra discouraging to have the purchase it was redeemed on not work out.
