Hello, I just sent this message via private message according to the instructions on the thread titled "Return or Cancellation - Where is my reward certificate?", but just in case it goes unnoticed I figured I'd repost it here minus personal details:
Hello, on December 4th I placed an order for two game controllers for in-store pickup, and paid for part of it with a $15 reward certificate. I ended up returning it on December 14th at the store. I was refunded back the $92.63 part of the order that was made with some gift cards onto one new gift card, however I still haven't seen my 750 My Best Buy points refunded back to my account after about 6 days now. Yesterday I did redeem some points from my ongoing MBB balance for a $15 certificate on another order, but I'm confident that those funds were already in my balance from other purchases with my Best Buy credit card, and not from any refunded 750 points from this return yet.
Thank you for any help in getting my 750 points refunded to my account.

As you made this return on Dec. 14 but haven't seen your points for the certificate returned in just a few days, I'll be happy to dig further into this.
