I made a purchase on Oct 22nd using some reward certificates and remaining with a credit card. I was told that certificates will be deposited back to my rewards account in 7-10 days. I returned item on Nov 18th and still haven't seen any points back in my account. I called mydestbuy.com customer service and that guy only talks about my expired $5 certificate but never says anything about certificates that i used for returned order. I'm tiered of waiting on the call and not getting any resolution. Please help. It was for almost $275 worth of reward certificates so it is lot of money for me.
