Last year, on Jan 19th,2020 , I purchased Lowepro - Adventura SH 140 II Camera Bag - Black but unfortunately, my camera didn't fit well and returned the product on Feb 9th, 2020
Towards my purchase, I used the certificate of 30$ but when I returned my product, I didn't get the value for my certifucate. My point is that if we don't use the Promotional certificate before the expiry date, it makes sense that we cannot re-use after the expiration date but while doing returns, at least the amount should be reverted back so that Customers don't loose out on the money.
I am a Elite Plus Customer and would expect this query of mine to be addressed on urgent basis.

Thank you for posting on our forum for support and for being an Elite Plus member. I'm happy to shed light on how our reward certificates work when it comes to a situation like yours. For regular certificates, those should post back to your account within three days of your return.
On the other hand, bonus/promotional certificates are intended to be one-time use coupons, which it sounds like this one you are referring to was. No points are awarded for these certificates, so when the points are credited for most certificates, there is nothing to be returned for promotional ones.
