Return Problem due to defective product


I purchased a PS4 headset.  The mic did not work - tried on both PS4 and PC.  I puchased on and tried to do an exchange in store so I that I could replace it more rapidly.  Because I used rewards certifs to cover some (not all) of the product price they told me I was not able to do an exchange in store.  They would instead have to refund me for the amount I paid on my credit card and the rewards certificate would be reissued - it has not been reissued since writing.  Moreover, I am still without a headset and I will have to also now pay full price to replace the headset, not the sale price I received it at.  At the very least, I would like the rewards certificate reissued please so that I may replace the defective procuct and use my equipment.

Thank you for connecting with us regarding your certificate return. Having a good headset for gaming is crucial, or so my husband has assured me, so I'm sure finding the ones you ordered not in working order was dismaying to say the least. 

When it comes to online orders, system limitations may limit your options when in store. With that said, the store advised correctly in that you should have received your certificate back in just a few days, as mentioned in the post below.
