Thank you for posting on our forum for support. I hate to hear you may not have been given clear information on how our process works for refunding certificates. For regular certificates, those should post back to your account within three days of your return.
On the other hand, bonus/promotional certificates are intended to be one-time use coupons, which it sounds like yours likely was. No points are awarded for these certificates, so when the points are credited for most certificates, there is nothing to be returned for promotional ones.
