Hello, I'm trying to report missing points on two of my transactions, but for the past few days I've tried it just says "Unexpected error."
First transaction was on 01/06/2020, other one was a second preorder bonus placed on 03/17/2020 (This one is pending, but it states I'll receive 0 points when I should be receiving 500) I placed a preorder for another game the same day, and the points for that game are pending for the correct 500.
I'd really prefer to not have to call in, as I'm home with two loud kids. I've tried reporting on Mobile, using Chrome on Desktop and Edge on Desktop. Thank you.

I can't delete it but, that was suppose to be sent to another person asking the question! I wonder if it accidentally got merged? (I promise, I wasn't repliny gto myself!)

Welcome back to the forum! I understand you're reaching out regarding some missing points, including some pre-order Get $10 bonuses. I know how exciting purchases and pre-orders are, especially when you have points to look forward to as well.
Some things to keep in mind is that based on your method of payment, the purchase may not qualify for points. Under our My Best Buy Terms, portions of purchases paid for by Best Buy gift card, reward certificate, or if financing is selected when paying by My Best Buy Credit Card would not qualify for My Best Buy points. As it sounds like multiple pre-orders are also in play here, please also keep in mind that if this were the same title, the Get $10 offer terms advise it is limited to one reward per member per title.

Understood! That makes more sense! The first item was paid for all by gift cards, and the second was two copies of the same game. I appreciate the help and understanding of the situation!
