I am trying to report my missing points on the website but it keeps giving me an unexpected error. Can anyone help me apply these points to my account please? Thank you!

Each point can play an important role when trying to earn that next certificate, and the best way to ensure your eligible purchases are awarded points is by making sure they are properly attached to your rewards account. As long as a purchase isn't more than 180 days old, isn't already attached to a rewards account, and wasn't processed prior to enrolling in the My Best Buy rewards program, then you should be able to report a purchase as "missing" using the tool on BestBuy.com.
Do you see a rewards ID number displayed on the receipt or within the order confirmation? If so, then the purchase isn't actually missing and can't be reported, so you'll continue to encounter an error message. With that having been said, I can see you've already sent us a private message with your details, so I'll be replying to it shortly. You can read a private message by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the envelope icon at the top of the page.
