Report missing certificate for a return


I did a purchase in Best buy store and paid for it partially using the bestbuy certificates and rest through my credit. After placing the order, the order was cancelled in the system few minutes later and the Bestbuy store agent refunded my purchase. The return receipt just mentions the refund on my credit card and doesn’t say anything about the refund of certificates.

Bestbuy store agent mentioned that amount I paid using the card will be refunded to the card and certificates will go back to my account. I did get the credit back on my card but I don’t see any certificates on my account. Has anyone here faced the similar issue? I am kind of lost and looking for someone from Bestbuy to help.
