Report Missing Points - An unexpected error occurred

I’m trying to report a recent purchase to my acct, and I get an ‘unexpiected error’ when I try to submit my purchase details. 1) I’ve had a rewards acct for over 10 years, 2) The purchase was around a week and a half ago, 3) The product has been picked up and I’m enjoying it.

Generally, an error like this means you may have multiple My Best Buy accounts. I can certainly look into getting these merged from you and will need a bit more information to continue with this process. I'll be sending you a private message with some more details shortly.
