In December 2020, I purchased a unlocked Sony phone on Bestbuy.com and picked it up in-store.
However, as of today, I have not received any points for it.
So when I went to report missing points, it states that "An Unexpected Error Occured", regardless whether I do it via a desktop browser or the mobile app.
