Hi,
I was browsing through my profile on My best buy account and couldn't find some of the purchases I have made in the past. When I try to add them using the report missing points page, it contineously game the error:
"An unexpected error occurred"
Can you help me add these purchases to my account? Also I don't see the GSP Plans I have for these purchases.

Greetings, Muhammad, and welcome to the Best Buy forum,
Sounds like someone may have a case of the multiple rewards accounts, which can be fixed with a quick dose of merge. Any active points or certificates in a secondary rewards account should transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge, and while an active Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plan isn't tied to a specific rewards account, the combining of your customer profiles in-order to process the merge should help make sure all active GSP plans are displayed when you login.
