Refrigerator Purchase

My name is James {removed per forum guidelines}. My cell phone number is {removed per forum guidelines}. I purchased a refrigerator for around $3500 on February 2 and was told I would get 10% rewards points for $350. I then did a price match a few days later on February 6 and understand my rewards points would only be about $300. The first refrigerator was delivered. The delivery driver damaged the door frame and I made a report of that. Also, they could not find the water valve shut off. I was at an appointment and left abruptly and I came back home to show them where it was and they were leaving angrily as I pulled because we had not cleaned out the refrigerator prior to them arriving because no one told us to and it was around 8 AM when they arrived. My wife was 8 1/2 months pregnant at the time and became emotional when she could tell they were very frustrated she didn’t clean the refrigerator and left with the new fridge with all of our stuff unloaded onto our counters at that point. Needless to say we rescheduled the delivery and I made sure the water shut off valve was completed prior to delivery the second time. My wife again cleaned out the refrigerator and upon arrival this time, once they went to install the refrigerator they noticed that the water line hook up on the back of the actual refrigerator was broken. My guess is the first set of delivery drivers did that when they were leaving in a hurry on the first visit. So now my wife and cleaned out the refrigerator again only to have to load it all back in. We then scheduled the delivery for the third time. The third time was the charm and the refrigerator is installed and we love it. During this process I had called to report the damage on the refrigerator and let someone know what had happened and I was told a $75 gift card was being mailed as a courtesy to me. I was appreciative of that yet I still have not received it and it has been several weeks. Probably most importantly I was supposed to have received $300 in rewards points and have received nothing at this point and seem to get nowhere every time I call they tell me there is a case that has been opened. I feel as though right now I am owed $300 in rewards points, The third time was the charm and the refrigerator is installed and we love it. I went back since then and bought $1000 laptop at my local Best Buy planning on using the rewards points which weren’t there but still purchased the laptop. Is there anybody that is reading this that can help? I have spent over $4000 in the past month with the promise of things that are not taking place. I run a very large business myself and would want to know about something like this. The amount of time on this that I have spent is equally upsetting and really just won’t resolve. Please help!

I was talking to text from the hospital when I put that together. There are many typos and it even copied a portion of it twice. I still think the body of the post makes sense and hope to hear from someone very soon.
