Not seeing your order in your purchase history can definitely be disconcerting, though I'm glad to hear you received a confirmation email and are able to pull up the order through the link in the email. With that said, it can occasionally take some time for purchases to appear in one's history, especially during these times when we have a much higher volume of online orders coming through and processing. If you are still not seeing this on your end, even after the 15-20 days purchases and points can take to post, please don't hesitate to reach back out!
