Recent purchase not in purchase history

I ordered a gaming mouse 7 house ago and it still hasn’t appeared in my purchase history. I ordered through the app and I never had problems before. I got an email confirmation and a PayPal receipt for the purchase. Within the confirmation email, it gives me a link that I can click on which takes me to my order redirecting me to the app. I see my order that way, but once I click off, there is no sign of my recent purchase at all. I’m concerned.

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding your gaming mouse purchase! Not seeing your order in your purchase history can definitely be disconcerting, though I'm glad to hear you received a confirmation email and are able to pull up the order through the link in the email. With that said, it can occasionally take some time for purchases to appear in one's history, especially during these times when we have a much higher volume of online orders coming through and processing. If you are still not seeing this on your end, even after the 15-20 days purchases and points can take to post, please don't hesitate to reach back out!
