Recent in-store purchases not showing on account

About 3 weeks ago, I made a purchase in a physical Bestbuy store, but this purchase never showed up in my online account.

 

Is it possible to add the order back so I can have a online record and also get the rewards points from this purchases?

Please send over a Private Message with your full name, phone number, email address, and Customer Service PIN Number at the bottom of your receipt so we can get this added to your account.
