Recent in-store purchases not showing on account

Hi,

I purchased several items from local best buy store recently and my recent purchases are not showing on my bestbuy account. I provided my number during checkout but I did not get any email for the receipt or proof of purchased.

Thank you for taking time to write to us about this and welcome to our Forums! I would be the exact same way in this. Aside from getting the rewards themselves, I just like to have everything under my account in case I need to find it later. So, I do understand where you're coming from here.
