Recent in-store purchases not showing on account


I purchased several items from local best buy store recently and my recent purchases are not showing on my bestbuy account. When they ask for my number during checkout it shows my correct number and email address but I did not get any email for the receipt or proof of purchased.

Generally, you would see this purchase listed in your account shortly after it's completed. It's possible that you may have multiple My Best Buy accounts which is why you are not seeing this purchase. I'd like to review this here on my end and will need a couple more details in order to do so.
