I asked the phone support to merge 2 accounts last week. The merger has been completed, but I am still getting emails for the deactivated Reward ID it seems. In the latest email, Best Buy is giving me a $10 bonus certificate, expiring tomorrow. However, it will not activate. Is there a way I can still get these offers?
There are more details that make my issue complicated. This merger has made everything confusing.
