Receiving email bonus reward certificate after merger, but can’t activate it.

I asked the phone support to merge 2 accounts last week. The merger has been completed, but I am still getting emails for the deactivated Reward ID it seems. In the latest email, Best Buy is giving me a $10 bonus certificate, expiring tomorrow. However, it will not activate. Is there a way I can still get these offers?


There are more details that make my issue complicated. This merger has made everything confusing.

Welcome to our community forums. Having multiple My Best Buy accounts is never ideal and our goal when merging accounts is to make it easier to use your rewards. I would be glad to see how I can best assist you moving forward.
