I just found out about it today. Just wondering why Best Buy doesnt do anything about it since a lot of customers having same exact issue when i start googling for it and then i found same thing on your forum. Its not fair at all having it this way making customer belive that they can dave those certificates for bigger purchase in the future and when we ready to buy find out hard way that they were expired.

Earning rewards on purchases you’ve made is always nice, and something the My Best Buy program offers as a benefit for our customers. We appreciate you being a member, and we certainly want you to be informed on how the program works. You can find all the details in the Terms. As you can see, unless otherwise noted, each rewards certificate will expire 60 days from the issuance date.
Please know, once expired, certificates are generally unable to be reissued. If you would not mind sending a Private Message, our team would have the opportunity to review your account and offer any assistance we’re able. For verification purposes, please be sure to include your full name, email address, and telephone number.
