So. Very interesting! I finally got my review points and took all my certificates and made a purchase (additional funds required) (one day sale BTW and additional 10% on its last day.). Only option was PU at a local store online! They cancelled my order and the certificates still do not show up in my account after 5 days. So, I chatted, and they said 24-48 hrs and then 3 business days on the second request which is today. In the past these certificates were returned almost immediately as customers need the option to order in a different way. So, I asked, and they said impossible to use those certificates even though we cancelled the purchase. 24-48 hours was quoted to me and now it's been 5 days. As I am not bent over backwards on this as it is a steady deliberate slowdown of proper customer service to members in all areas. In the past they automatically shipped it if the store was out of stock. Item was in stock online but was greyed out until the order was cancelled.

Update: Looks like 9 days and still they do not show in my account. Also see another person has the same issue.

Update: After 7 chat tries and 3 phone calls I am nowhere! Twice they said the points will be there in 2 hours! Other comments: 24-48 hrs 3 business days 11-15 days 5-7 more days In the past the credit was immediate on a cancelled order. At this point there are more serious issues involved that we do not know about. This is seriously affecting business from me at this point in time.

Also, the recording lists the old membership upgrade tiers. LOL

What number did you call? Did you speak with customer service? I have been waiting 15 days on a $230 certificate that has not been refunded.

Call the number that appears at the website for help. Chat did not work for me but it may for you. Be prepared to make 4 or more tries. If it works you will see the account fixed in hours and not days. Just keep calling. tel:1-888-237-8289
