After reviewing my rewards history, I also did not receive my monthly My Best Buy VISA Statement Summary rewards points for mid-September through mid-October.
I usually receive these points when the statement posts between the 13th-15th each month.I verified receipt of my points in that date range going back through December 2019. Howver, I did not receive any points in Oct. 2020, even though I made $3k+ in purchases on the card during the 9/15-10/15 statement period.
I have downloaded my monthly credit card statement for verification, but how can I get these missing points added to my account?

Welcome to our community forums. The My Best Buy Visa credit card is a great way to get access to promotional financing offers as well as get points on purchases made outside of Best Buy.
