It is understandable wanting to make sure a purchase is properly attached to your rewards account. Each point can count towards earning that next certificate, and each purchase can count towards reaching a higher status. Do you see your rewards account ID displayed on the receipt/order confirmation? If so, then we at least know the purchase is attached to your rewards account. Otherwise, the purchase may need to be reported as missing. I have used that tool to report my own purchases many times over the years.
Please keep in mind that if the purchase was placed yesterday that it could take at least a full 24 hours for it to emerge as pending within your rewards account. It can also take up to 20 days for points from an eligible purchase to officially post to a member's rewards account. If the purchase is attached and points have not posted after a full 20 days, then feel free to send me a private message by clicking on the blue button in my signature and I will see what I can do to help. Just include your name, phone #, and email address
